Assistant level
Our Foundation Skills Course is a two-day global programme. It is designed to augment your communication, client service and financial skills. Advisor level
Our Global Advisory Skills Course will not only help develop your client service skills. It will give you a rare and valuable insight into your own way of working. Many people have found it an essential tool when tackling challenges outside their comfort zone.
Those with ambitions to become managers of the future can participate in our client relationship course. This two-day programme focuses on developing client service, management, influencing and coaching skills.
Manager level
We provide a Management Development Centre for individuals with responsibility for supervising others. This involves two-and-a-half days of exercises, culminating in a written personal development plan.
Senior management level
Designed by the Harvard Business School, our three-day Strategy and Change Leadership Course will equip you with the qualities you need to succeed at the very highest level. We also offer a series of optional programmes designed to develop and enhance skills including presentation and influencing, and your ability to train and coach others.
