Linklaters advises on the sale of Diagnoseklinik München to Nordrad

The Hamburg-based Nordrad Norddeutsche Radiologie Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KGaA acquired all of the shares in Diagnoseklinik München.de GmbH from the founding and sole shareholder Dr med. Bernd Dörflinger. The hospital specialises in image-guided high-tech diagnostics and therapy being one of the leading private hospitals for preventive genetic diagnostics in Europe. The transaction also included the sale of Diagnoseklinik’s subsidiary Curameda GmbH, which specialises in the creation and operation of out-patient nursing services and the co-operation with service providers in the healthcare sector.

A Linklaters team led by Dr Rainer Traugott (corporate/M&A, Munich) provided comprehensive advice in connection with this transaction to Dr Bernd Dörflinger and Altium Capital AG (acting as financial adviser to the seller).
