An overview of corporate governance
Keeping up with corporate governance developments can be a challenge. Because of the sheer volume of initiatives and proposals, companies and boards are often having to adjust to one set of changes even while others are being consulted on.
For several years we have published a document, The Matrix, which seeks to give an overview of recent and proposed corporate governance developments in the UK, the EU and the US with a particular focus on how they will affect UK listed companies. Increasingly this includes CSR issues as these have risen up the regulatory agenda.
We are now making The Matrix available on this microsite to make it easier to navigate. It contains links to documents underlying the developments referred to. We hope you will find it a useful reference tool.
We have also published a short briefing, Keeping up with Corporate Governance, which gives an overview of the most important current developments.
