- acting for BP on its sale of its olefins and derivatives business to Ineos
- acting for BP on its sale of Great Yarmouth Power Station to RWE
- advising Deutsche Bank in relation to the purchase of carbon credits from Petrochina as part of a syndicate of buyers
- acting for the UK Government in relation to its setting programme purchasing premium CERs
- acting for the Government of Luxembourg in relation to its purchase of CERs from projects in China, El Salvador, Mexico and Ecuador
