  • acting for BP on its equity investment in South Pole Asset Management Ltd
  • acting for Goldman Sachs on its investment in Bluesource LLC and related exclusive marketing agreements for carbon credits
  • acting for the World Bank in relation to the monetization of the Adaptation Fund
  • acting for BP on its sale of its olefins and derivatives business to Ineos
  • acting for BP on its sale of Great Yarmouth Power Station to RWE
  • advising Deutsche Bank in relation to the purchase of carbon credits from Petrochina as part of a syndicate of buyers
  • acting for the UK Government in relation to its setting programme purchasing premium CERs
  • acting for the Government of Luxembourg in relation to its purchase of CERs from projects in China, El Salvador, Mexico and Ecuador
