Édouard is a partner in our Paris office, specialising in the area of tax. He advises corporate clients, private equity firms and investment banks on domestic and international tax law. He is especially active on the tax structuring of complex cross border transactions, including LBOs, joint-ventures, real estate acquisitions, etc. Édouard also has extensive experience on the setting up of private equity and real estate investment funds.

Recent transactions handled by Edouard include amongst others:  

• the sale of Citer and Atesa, European car rental activity of PSA Peugeot Citroën, to Enterprise Holdings (November 2011)
• the signing of the acquisition by a consortium composed by AXA Private Equity and neoen of Poweo’s renewable activities from Verbund (July 2011)
• the acquisition by Change Capital Partners LLP of Paule Ka group (July 2011)
• the investment of CVC Capital in Delachaux SA and the reorganisation of the family shareholding (May 2011)
• the spin-off of the stainless activity Aperam of ArcelorMittal (January 2011)
• the sale by BC Partners of Picard group to Lion Capital (July 2010)
• the creation by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations of the joint venture between Transdev and Veolia Transport (2009-2010);
• the restructuring of the debt of the Terreal group (December 2009)
• the acquisition by Montagu Private Equity of the ADB Group (October 2009);
• the sale by TIAA of Triangle de l’Arche to MACSF (July 2009).
