Experience
Teresa is experienced in UK and HK company law, public and private mergers and acquisitions (especially of a cross-border nature), and international equity issues. Prior to qualification as a solicitor, she worked for major investment banks in Hong Kong and London. As counsel, she has advised on public takeover offers in multiple jurisdictions, including more than 20 transactions in Hong Kong and/or elsewhere in the past few years and led significant global initial public offerings and listings.
